Data Panel cables, belonging to the MDC family, are perfectly designed for a lifelong use on mobile machines. On the module side, the molded AT / DT connectors snap in easily into our xtremeDB CAN IO modules without any need of tools and permanently fulfil the protection classes IP65, IP67 and IP69K while being plugged in. Equally simple, sensors can be connected via overmolded M12 connectors on the sensor-actuator-side. For the connection of hydraulic valves we offer a wide range of molded valve connectors, JPT , Superseal and AT / DT connectors. The PUR sheathing material of the connection cables withstands the most adverse environmental conditions and is specially designed for outdoor applications.

Conclusion: Our pre-tested MDC connection cables are a real alternative to the cable harness. From the perspective of a machine builder, they save you a lot of time during installation and troubleshooting. In case of service, the pluggability shows its true customer benefit.
