CAN keypads: Perfect user-friendliness for your machine

Our robust CAN keypads offer perfect operation in any situation. The products are high pressure cleanable and have a good resistance against sunlight, vibrations and media even against hydrochloric acid, suntan lotion, engine and multi-purpose cleaners. The compact design with different layouts make the keypads suitable for almost any application. The key size can be selected between 15 mm and 24 mm, and the larger keys facilitate operability with gloves, as the keypads have a temperature range down to -40°C. Each symbol on the keys is easy to replace and can be selected from hundreds of pre-designed symbols. Alternatively, custom symbol designs can be created. The keypads are equipped with the CANopen and J1939 communication protocols. In addition to the protocol, the baud rate and other parameters can also be configured via CAN message. As a plug-in connection, they have an industry-standard DT-4 connector, which is used for the power supply and the CAN bus at the same time. The colors red, green, blue, yellow, pink, violet, ice blue, orange and lime can be selected. Also a flashing between two different colors is adjustable. A backlight can also be activated in the desired color tone and intensity.
